- 6 cl Üzüm Kızı
- 2 cl aquafaba or egg white
- 2.5 cl lime juice
- 3 cl elderflower liqueur
- 1 cl agave syrup or honey
Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker and
fill it completely with ice, shake vigorously. Strain into a glass.

Put all ingredients except prosecco to a shaker, shake with ice, strain into a glass filled with ice, pour in prosecco. Garnish with mint leaves.
