- 3.5 cl distilled grape spirit
- 3.5 cl red vermouth
- 2.5 cl Italian bitter
- Orange zest
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice and swirl. Strain into a chilled glass, optionally serve with raisins.

Crush the grapes with thyme in a shaker. Add all ingredients and shake thoroughly with plenty of ice. Strain and add to a glass filled with ice and 6-8 grapes, garnish with thyme.
